What this website collects
The public CoupleChart website does not ask for or store names, birth dates, birth times, birth cities, relationship details, payment information, or Fiverr order information.
Fiverr orders
Checkout, order requirements, messages, revisions, disputes, and delivery are handled on Fiverr. Fiverr controls the information retained on its platform under its own policies. CoupleChart cannot promise to delete records controlled by Fiverr.
Information you provide for a report
Names are optional; initials or Person A/Person B are sufficient. Only submit another person's details when you are authorized to do so. Birth details are used only to prepare the report and are not used as a public sample or testimonial without separate explicit permission. Local working files are deleted within 24 hours after Fiverr marks the order Completed or Cancelled; Fiverr controls retention of its own platform records.
Analytics
Analytics is not enabled in the current local preview. If enabled before launch, it will be limited to aggregate page, sample, and Fiverr-button events without birth data, relationship details, order identifiers, or URL query strings.
